Challenge The owner builds high-end condominiums, historically of structural steel and concrete. Dietrich Building Systems had to design a structure that delivered the same sound and feel of the traditional framing materials while providing greater value to the owner. · Located in an urban site, there was little space for staging and maneuvering the building materials. · Construction had to take place during the winter season and meet a tight timeline. Our Solution · Designed the building to utilize panelization, reducing staging and handling and accelerating construction· Framing the five stories of this luxury condominium completed in 65 days. · Through close coordination with the owner, the MEP subtrades worked closely behind the framer to help achieve the owner’s timeline. · High-End Flooring System:1 TradeReady® Floor System with cement floor underlayment to deliver the look and feel of concrete with less weight and cost. |
