This owner of multiple hotels was dissatisfied with the current options for using cold-formed steel as the structural framing material. Additional challenges faced:

· We value engineered the entire structure, not just the frame, ensuring that the owner would derive maximum benefit from our design – for example we simplified the fabrication process that helped reduce field installation errors and the accompanying loss of productivity.
