Land, sub-structure work, concrete slab, equipment, tools and skilled labor are to be provided by the buyer.

The prices given below include engineering service and all materials required (complete steel package, personnel doors, roll-up doors, insulation and a 1,000 SQ FT mezzanine with walls, windows and doors for office space). It does not include land & ocean freight and it does not include training of local installers.
