MATERIALS

LIGHT GAUGE GALVANIZED RUST PROOF STEEL FRAMING SYSTEM: Structural light gauge steel framing components for roof trusses and wall systems. All wall studs and tracks, clips, angles, roof hat channels, soffit framing, fascia plates, lateral bracing and required fasteners.

AMERICAN SHINGLE GABLE ROOFING SYSTEM: OSB Sub-roofing panels, 15 lbs vapor barrier felt liner, aluminum valley flashings, drip edges to prevent rotting, attic ventilation windows all the required fasteners.

EXTERIOR WALLS: Non-combustible fiber cement panels, fiber cement joint and corner trim, necessary caulking sealers and fasteners.

INTERIOR WALLS:Sheet rock panels, joint tapes, corner beads, plaster and base boards

DOORS AND WINDOWS: Steel front door with foam core, doorframe, dead lock and keys. Back door where ever applicable. Sliding Vinyl or aluminum windows with screens.

SUPPORT SERVICES BY Steel Frame Housing US

Depending on the size and complexity of the project, SteelFrameHousing.US International Department typically includes one-week (5 working days in our plant and/or different local job sites) hands on training for installation of the supplied materials package. We require minimum six trainees for each training session. The in plant training program includes: 9-5 hands on training for 5 days, breakfast, dinner and dinner time questions and answers. Trainees are awarded with a Certificate of Training upon completion. Continuous technical support will always be via phone or e-mail. To learn more about our training program please click here.

PRICES AND TERMS

All prices are FOB (freight-on-board) Atlanta Plant. Payment Terms: 1% for detailed and itemized documentation; 33% to place order for steel, to secure the price of the steel for 90 days, and to start the production of the steel framing system; 33% to order all other construction materials; 33% when all items are ready for shipment.

Prices are listed for the models specifically addressed above. Changes in these models for any reason may incur price alterations.

Exclusions: The following items are excluded however can be included for an additional cost.

Installation of any materials

Plumbing system (plumbing lines, hot water system, sinks, toilets, water pump, municipal connection to water supply, etc.)

Electrical system design and materials

Mechanical system design and materials

Foundation design and materials

Shipping from our plant to site

Finish flooring materials if other than concrete

Any insulation materials

Furniture and appliances

Any decorative details not described above

The following are tools and equipment that will be needed for the installation of materials supplied by SteelFrameHousing.US (However can be provided as a courtesy service by ASFH at cost):

Electric screw guns

Chop saw and blades

Powder driven fastener tool

Basic carpenter tools (C-clamps, snips, pry bars, levels, tape measures, etc.)

Ladders or mechanical lifts

Masons float

Paint and Painting supplies (brushes, rollers, etc.)
